Westwood
Active listings, market data, and honest takes from your neighborhood agent.
Updated September 2026
There are 18 homes for sale in Westwood right now, from $389,000 up to $659,990, and you will find every one of them below.
A few things worth knowing this month: the middle of the market is sitting right around $480,000, homes are taking about 71 days to go under contract, and several sellers have cut their price since summer. That is a real opening if you are buying. If you are selling, it means pricing it right the first week matters more than it did a year ago.
I live and work in this neighborhood, so if you want the honest version of what a house is really like, ask me. When you are ready to talk, reach out. -April

Join the PTA
Strong schools are a big part of why families move to Westwood, and those schools are strong because parents show up. The PTA is where a lot of that happens: funding classroom supplies and teacher grants, staffing the book fair, putting on the events kids actually remember, and giving parents a real seat at the table on the decisions that affect their campus.
Membership is inexpensive and you do not have to run a committee to matter. Plenty of members simply pay the dues so the campus has the numbers and the budget behind it. If you have kids at Campbell, Creekside, or Clear Springs, this is one of the easiest ways to give back to the neighborhood you live in.

I post the things that do not fit on a listing page: what to fix before you list and what to leave alone, how to read an inspection report without panicking, what closing costs actually look like around here, seasonal maintenance that saves you money later, and a first look at Westwood homes before they hit the market.
Whether you are buying, selling, or just planning to stay put and take care of the house you already have, come follow along.
And if you are deciding who to work with, the people who have already been through it can tell you more than I can.
I would love to be on your interview list
Let me be straight with you. I have not lived in Westwood as long as some of the agents you will talk to, and I am not going to pretend otherwise.
What I can tell you is that I pour everything I have into this business. I started in Pearland and I am building all the way down to League City, and Westwood is where I am putting my time and my attention. This page is proof of that. I built it because I wanted to know this neighborhood street by street, not because someone told me it was good marketing.
When you are ready to sell, you should interview a few agents. That is the smart thing to do, and I would tell my own family the same. I am not asking you to pick me. I am asking to be on the list.
And if you are not sure what you are even supposed to ask an agent, say the word and I will send you the questions I think every seller should be asking, including the ones that are uncomfortable for me to answer. No pressure and no strings. Just ask.
